Team Lead (Occupational Therapist/Speech Pathologist)

Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology

Relevant clinical experience in your field

Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities

Strong time management, documentation, and administrative skills

Ability to manage a diverse team and supervise staff with varying experience

Skills in clinical QA, CPD planning, and team development

Proficiency in managing workload, KPIs, and clinical/non-clinical tasks

Sound understanding of NDIS processes and stakeholder communication
